Photos of subjects that might appear random or insignificant at first sight. Take a closer look around you wherever you go and you might notice many such apparently random things. They are more common and might therefore be more significant in the end than stunning photoshopped sunsets or the Eiffel Towers of the world.
Many of my trips take me to small towns or villages in Italy. Mostly in Lazio (the province of which Rome is the capital) but also in other regions, e.g. Abruzzo, Basilicata, Lombardy, Marche, Molise, Puglia, Sicily, Umbria.
In some cases, black and white photos leave more of an impact due to the added level of abstraction.
New subjects given an "old" look. Nostalgic, esthetic, trendy.
I'll be happy to take on photography assignments to cover particular regions or places in different countries.
